During the last few months Science North's giant screen films Director David Lickley and his crew have been traveling to the far North. They have begun shooting Science North's next IMAX film, Polar Quest. The film will celebrate the wonder and beauty of our polar extremes as they are today while reminding worldwide audiences what is at stake as global warming continues to affect the planet. This giant screen film will take audiences to places few have been and feature the most iconic species inhabiting the poles, while accompanying scientific expeditions studying the changes taking place at both ends of the earth.
