Michael Davis, who has played with some of the world's biggest stars including the Rolling Stones, Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Nelly, Bob Dylan and Michael Jackson,was in Sudbury at Science North on January 19th to attend the 2012 Martinis at the Max event, hosted by CTV. Martinis at the Max is one of the most anticipated annual events in Sudbury, and the kickoff of the 2012 IMAX Festival. This fun event featured musical entertainment, specialty martini bars, hors díoeuvres and a screening of the giant screen film Shine a Light - a career-spanning documentary on the Rolling Stones! How to Use Your IMAX Festival PackageIMAX Festival package buyers receive a package that contains 5 IMAX Festival stubs. These are not tickets. Each stub can be redeemed for one film ticket. Tickets are subject to availability and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. We encourage you to make decisions early about the films you wish to see and to redeem your Festival package stubs for available tickets well in advance. Buy and redeem Online:If you choose this option, your tickets will be ready and waiting for you to pick up at the Science North sales centre within 24 hours. Redeem by Phone:City of Greater Sudbury residents call 523-IMAX (4629). Outside Sudbury call 1-800-461-4898. At the beginning of your transaction, tell our customer service representative you have an IMAX Festival package. Redeem in Person:Bring this package to Science North and redeem it for IMAX tickets to your chosen films. Present your IMAX package at the beginning of your transaction. Redeem your stubs for tickets well in advance of the IMAX performances you wish to see (24 hours before show time recommended). Present your entire package at Science North to receive IMAX film tickets. Our customer service representatives will tear off stub(s) when tickets are issued. Do not remove the stub(s) yourself. Your bar coded receipt is your proof of purchase. Please do not remove this from your IMAX Festival Package. Please note: Shine a Light is a DMR (feature-length) film and requires two IMAX Festival Package stubs to be exchanged for one film ticket. We are at your service 7 days a week from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. IMAX Festival packages are valid from Jan. 19 - Feb. 5, 2011. Unredeemed stubs are non-refundable and lost packages will not be replaced.
