We’re reimagining leadership development with Leading Blue; an immersive experience that builds better leaders through skill-building, strategy, and self-awareness. Hosted at Science North, this half or full-day retreat helps organizations cultivate leaders who think strategically, act with purpose, and lead with confidence.
More than just skill-building, Leading Blue creates an environment where leaders learn to coach with clarity, take decisive action, and connect with authenticity. The program combines dynamic workshops, team-building activities, and customizable options to meet each team’s unique needs.
The program is led by Science North’s Senior Manager of Learning and Development, Liz Ott. Liz brings deep expertise in leadership, emotional intelligence, innovation, and adult learning. She has delivered results-driven programs for clients such as Scotiabank, AbbVie, and leading academic institutions, including Duke CE and McMaster University.
