KIDS AND CONCUSSIONS

In recognition of Rowan’s Law Day, the Continuing Education and professional Development Office (CEPD) at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and Science North invites coaches, parents, teachers and athletes involved in any recreational sport or play where head injury is a risk to a public education session on concussions.

Very glad we didn't miss this place. We're members of the Ontario Science Centre in Toronto, so that means we got in for free. And we ended up liking it even better than the Toronto one!

Fun place to visit with kids. The playground both in and outdoors is terrific for young children. Lots of things to learn and see, interactive and interesting!

There’s fun for all ages! Got to see Body Worlds...AMAZING! Even had an excellent lunch at the cafeteria. We spent at least 5 hours at the museum. I highly encourage all to visit!!

A great place with many interesting and informative exhibits, as well as a real mine tour with a knowledgeable tour guide. One can easily spend 3-4 hours there. It is worth the drive from Toronto.
