CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
- 1. ELIGIBILITY

- This contest is open to residents of Ontario who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Science North, Pioneer Construction, the Sudbury Wolves, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members are not eligible.
- 2. CONTEST PERIOD

- The contest begins on October 20, 2025, at 9:00am to November 21, 2025, at 11:59pm EST (the “Contest Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
- 3. HOW TO ENTER
-
- Buy or renew any Science North membership during the Contest Period and be automatically entered into the draw. No purchase necessary.
- To enter without purchase, send a legibly handwritten 50-word essay on “Why I Support Science North” along with your full name, address, phone number, and email to:
- Science North Contest Entry – 100 Ramsey Lake Rd, Sudbury, ON, P3E 5S9. Limit one entry per person / household, regardless of entry method.
- 4. PRIZE

- One (1) winner will receive a Sudbury Wolves VIP Corporate Suite prize package for the home game on Friday, December 5, 2025, against the Sarnia Sting.
- The prize package includes:
- 12 tickets
- Additional tickets can be purchased at a discounted rate

- Pre-order food options (additional cost)

- Approximate retail value: $1,600.00
- The prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or substituted.
- 5. DRAW

- A random draw will be conducted on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 12:00 pm EST at Science North, Sudbury, Ontario from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone or email within five (5) business days of the draw.
- If the selected entrant fails to meet these conditions, they will forfeit the prize and another entrant will be selected.
- 6. WINNER REQUIREMENTS

- To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:
- Respond to the notification within five (5) business days
- Be available to pick up prize in person at Science North with valid ID
- Correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing mathematical question without assistance
- Complete and return a signed declaration and release form confirming eligibility and acceptance of the prize

- The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

- By entering, participants release and hold harmless Science North, Pioneer Construction, the Sudbury Wolves, and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in this contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

- Science North reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time without notice for any reason, including technical failure, fraud, or any other cause beyond its control. All decisions by Science North are final and binding.
